Dr. Raina

"I'm all about integrative dentistry. I do what is best for my patient."

Dr. Raina was born in India and raised in Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and earned her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2008. She completed a one-year residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. 


Dr. Raina is a member of the American Dental Association, The Texas Dental Association, and is a proud member of the Pineywoods Dental Study Club.  Dr. Raina is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance her skills to better serve the dental care needs of her patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience. She strives to provide the best for her patients at each visit.



When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Raina enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Purvak Patel, and their two children, Ayanna and Arrav.  They also have a shih-tzu named Capri whom they love dearly. While Dr. Raina's passion is dentistry, she also loves spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and has recently developed a passion for riding horses. She is very excited and feels so blessed to be serving our community. She is looking forward to meeting all the wonderful patients.

Hi everyone! My name is Jazzmyn and I am the team lead / Dental assistant. I have been at Huntington Family Dental for 6 years and have loved every minute of it! I also grew up here in Huntington tx so working in the area and knowing most of the patients from when i was younger is a plus that makes them feel more at home!

That includes our online Patient Portal you will have access to once you become a patient, where you can request an appointment, view upcoming appointments for the whole family, complete and edit new patient forms that let you spend less time away from kids, home, and work when you aren't required to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment.
